“That Peanut Butter Sweet Treat Recipe Thing”

I found this recipe YEARS ago, I was living in Vancouver in a tiny basement suite and I remember being obsessed with this quick sweet - but also healthy fix. I just remembered this recently and now has turned into a great after dinner sweet treat or kid afternoon snack option. What makes it even better is that all the ingredients are almost always kept on hand, so if you can whip it up easily.

These are approximate measurements.. so let me explain. First I add to a small bowl, about 3/4"-1 cup of yogurt. The peanut butter is a bit less than a 1:4 ratio with the yogurt. You can use regular greek yogurt and then add vanilla, or you can use vanilla greek yogurt and also add extra vanilla (I do that - but only a small dash, vanilla is strong!) You don’t have to add the chocolate chips but I like the crunchiness that it gives. You want to freeze it just a bit so that it has hardened - but not fully frozen. Like I said this also makes a fantastic kids snack too!

¾ cup vanilla greek yogurt

1 tbsp peanut butter

small dash vanilla

small dash honey (optional)

sprinkle of chocolate chips of choice

(measurements are approximate, adjust as you go.)

*Put in freezer for about 10-15 mins

Enjoy!
