Blooming Where You Are

 

Man do I miss a good mood-board. The moment we turn the calendar to April everything always feels lighter. The sun seems a bit warmer, the birds are singing again and the sense of a new season. I start to feel like myself again after a long winter. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about embracing the season that you are in. It is easy to try and move faster than where you are grounded at the moment, especially when you are a fast paced Aries! When I start to feel myself stressing I’ve found it so helpful to remember this, and remember the season that I am in. I’ve found it therapeutic to write out what you want to feel, do and embrace in the season that you are in. Here are a few things that I am going to lean into this season.

-Moving and nurishing my body

-Having fresh blooms on hand, they make the home so much happier

-Morning & Evening meditation

-Taking my camera with me everywhere

-Early evening walks

-Leaning into finding my “mom style”

-Teaching Maximus new things

-Making new friend connections

-Not stressing if everything doesn’t get done

-Creating a fresh, feel good, afternoon playlist
